Shipping Policy

At Sublethal RGs, we are committed to getting your advanced non-lethal remote gun systems to you efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping policy carefully.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (MST – Mountain Standard Time) on a business day, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times are in addition to the order processing time.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic US): 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic US): 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (Varies significantly by destination. See Section 4 for more details.)

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.

  • Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders exceeding a certain value (e.g., $X.XX). Any such promotions will be clearly advertised on our website.

4. International Shipping

We ship internationally, but please be aware of the following:

  • Customs, Duties, & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
  • Product Restrictions: It is your responsibility to ensure that the Sublethal RG system and its components are legally allowed to be imported into your country. We are not responsible for packages held or returned by customs due to import restrictions.
  • Excluded Items for International Orders (especially USA): Due to strict shipping regulations on hazardous materials and heavy items, CO2 gas bottles and 12V deep cycle batteries are generally NOT included in international shipments (including to the USA). You will need to source these items locally from specialized suppliers (e.g., paintball stores for CO2, battery retailers for 12V deep cycle batteries). This will be clearly stated on relevant product pages and during checkout.
  • Tracking: International tracking availability varies by country and carrier.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for security reasons. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.
  • We cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time due to the nature of our products.
  • We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain locations due to legal restrictions or high-risk areas.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos immediately and contact us at info@sublethalremotegun.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If they cannot resolve the issue, contact us within 7 business days of the last tracking update. We will work with you to file a claim and resolve the situation.

7. Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Sublethal RGs is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.


Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to Sublethal RGs. We understand that purchasing a high-value security system requires confidence. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them, with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.
  • Any signs of use, damage not present upon delivery, or missing components may result in a partial refund or refusal of the return.

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • CO2 gas bottles (once filled or opened).
  • 12V deep cycle batteries (once used or if not purchased directly from us).
  • Products that have been physically modified or customized.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support at info@sublethalremotegun.com within the 30-day return window. Provide your original order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect order by customer, or any reason other than a product defect/error on our part, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Our Responsibility: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), Sublethal RGs will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label in such cases.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged for reasons not due to our error, or with missing parts.
  • Shipping Costs (Original Order): Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item (following the process above) and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct item faster.

6. Defective or Damaged Products (Upon Arrival)

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at info@sublethalremotegun.com with detailed photos and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending replacement parts, a new unit, or a full refund, at our discretion.

7. Warranty Information

Our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This return policy covers initial product satisfaction, while the warranty addresses long-term product performance. Please refer to your product’s specific warranty documentation for details.
